Micheal de Kara-Silver
Michael de Kare-Silver is a highly experienced leader of digital businesses.
He has worked in the digital environment for 11 years from main board FTSE 100 executive director at GUS plc to advisory and non exec roles. At GUS, Michael led the eCommerce operations for the Argos stores and was also responsible for Experian.
He has previously been MD Europe for two of the top 5 global digital marketing agencies - Digitas and AKQA. Michael has also worked at Proctor & Gamble, McKinsey and built his own successful marketing and strategy consultancy in the 1990’s.
He has written 3 best-selling business books on the development and impact of digital and has contributed widely at seminars and conferences. Michael was also recently included in the 2006 Ernst & Young 50 under 50 review.
