Gill is a partner in the health group at Mills & Reeve. She advises national and local health organisations on a range of commercial, procurement, strcutural and policy matters. Gill’s expertise enables her to support her clients in finding pragmatic robust solutions to what are increasingly complex delivery mechanisms for healthcare.
Gill has advised clients on use of the Framework for External Support for Commissioners and is currently working on one of the first pilots for transferring real commissioning budgets to GPs. Gill writes and lectures extensively on health matters and is currently a lay representative on a PCT’s Exceptional Cases Panel.
