About the Congress
Europe’s premier patient safety event
The Patient Safety Congress, now in its sixth year, is proud to bring you the 2012 programme, based on expert knowledge from around the globe.
Every year, new incidences of patient safety hit the headlines. Despite the progress made in the last decade, the problem still manifests across the whole system. With financial constraints and structural reform increasing the risk of patient safety, the need for guidance and proven initiatives is ever more paramount.

This Congress aims to provide you with the inspiration, tools and guidance necessary to develop a health service that is safer, more efficient and an excellent care provider. With some of the best initiatives from across the UK and abroad, the Congress will equip you with a practical toolkit to inspire and empower staff, and implement tangible solutions to clinical issues.
