Ainslie McLaughlin is Director of Major Transport Infrastructure Projects with Transport Scotland. He is a chartered civil engineer, a graduate of Heriot-Watt University, and has an MBA from University of Edinburgh.

Gavin heads up TRL’s successful Traffic and Software Group. Gavin has 15 years experience of delivering customer products and solutions to a wide range of civil, transport, geographic clients.
Ian Davies
Ian is the Head of Network Operations in the Roads and Projects Division of the Welsh Assembly Government. His responsibilities include the management of teams and Agencies that manage, maintain and improve the highway network.

Jason is a Chief Engineer within the Directorate of Traffic Operations at Transport for London. He has worked in the transportation industry for over 16 years in the fields of network operations, traffic modelling and system development.
John Blakemore
John is Birmingham City Council’s Chief Highway Engineer (Acting) and has responsibility for managing and maintaining 2500 km of its highways, infrastructure whilst keeping the City’s network moving.
