Ainslie McLaughlin is Director of Major Transport Infrastructure Projects with Transport Scotland. He is a chartered civil engineer, a graduate of Heriot-Watt University, and has an MBA from University of Edinburgh.

Ian is the Head of Network Operations in the Roads and Projects Division of the Welsh Assembly Government. His responsibilities include the management of teams and Agencies that manage, maintain and improve the highway network.
