Bill Reeve is Director of Rail Delivery at Transport Scotland, with responsibility for the ScotRail Franchise, the funding of Network Rail’s current operations and the portfolio of rail infrastructure and rolling stock investment projects.
A professional engineer with more than twenty years experience in both British Rail and the privatised rail industry, Bill’s roles have included production management of vehicle maintenance, rail freight business development, policy and strategy formulation and major project sponsorship and delivery.
Bill was Director of Project Sponsorship at the Strategic Rail Authority prior to joining Transport Scotland and the Scottish Civil Service.
