Steven joined tie in September 2006 as Engineering and Procurement Director and in January 2008 he became Tram Project Director. He has responsibility for the successful delivery of the Edinburgh Tram project.
He is a chartered civil engineer with over 19 years experience in the rail and infrastructure sectors, including projects, frameworks and maintenance.
Steven has held a number of strategic, business and operational roles including Technical Director and Managing Director for a major rail infrastructure services contractor.
