The European Recycling Platform (ERP), created in 2002, is a Compliance Scheme operating in 10 EU countries, collecting and recycling WEEE from a third of UK Local Authorities for several major producers.

The European Recycling Platform (ERP) is Europe's leading WEEE compliance scheme, founded in 2002 by some of the world's best-known electronics producers. ERP has more than 1,200 producer members, is registered as a compliance scheme in 10 European countries and offers services in all EU member states.

Over the last twelve months ERP UK has collected and recycled around 60,000 tonnes of WEEE from over a third of UK Local Authorities. ERP has also supported reuse activites and works in partnership with several community enterpises. ERP continues to grow and establish new partnerships with authorities, offering flexibile and reliable services through expanding networks of service providers.
