Registration
- Registration Process
The easiest way to register for the conference is online. Alternatively you can email or telephone the Customer Services team on 0845 056 8339. If you have received a conference programme in the post you can post or fax the registration form.
- Cancellation Policy
You will be charged a cancellation fee, for more information please refer to the Customer Services team. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to conferences@emap.com or fax to +44(0)20 7728 5299. You may send a substitute delegate at any time.
- Delegate Substitutions
You may substitute delegates at any time. All substitutions must be made in writing to us by email to conferences@emap.com or fax: +44 (0)20 7728 5299. Please include full contact details of the current delegate’s details together with the full contact details of the substitute delegate. Confirmation will be sent to the new delegate.
- Conference Payment
Payment can be made online by credit card. If you do not wish to pay with a credit card there is an option to invoice through the online booking process.
- When should I pay for the conference?
Payment must be received by us before the date of the conference. If payment is not recieved, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment on the day.
- When will I receive confirmation that I am registered?
Written confirmation will be sent to you via email or the post. You should receive this 3-5 working days after registration.
- Does my registration fee include accommodation?
The cost of the hotel and accommodation is not covered in the conference registration fee. Details are included on our venue page.
- How do I get to the venue?
Details of the conference venue can be found on our venue page. You will also receive venue details in your conference information, including address, telephone number, web site and map.
- What does the conference fee include?
The conference fee includes your attendance at the event, access to any stream sessions/workshops, access to our sponsors/exhibitors, lunch, refreshments and conference papers.
